Senior Civil Engineer – Transportation & Water Infrastructure

About the role

The Senior Civil Engineer will join KBR‑AMCDE’s engineering team in Saudi Arabia, delivering design and project management services for transportation, water, and infrastructure projects across on‑shore and off‑shore oil and gas markets.

Key responsibilities

• Study, design, specify and provide services for transportation systems (road, rail, airport, seaport) and related infrastructure.
• Design bridges, drainage, underground utilities, tunnels and geotechnical solutions.
• Develop hydrology and hydraulics models, water treatment and distribution, wastewater collection and treatment, and raw water supply systems.
• Prepare detailed engineering calculations, drawings and specifications while ensuring compliance with project requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and designers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, typically 6‑10 years in civil engineering design.
• Ability to work under general supervision and make independent engineering judgments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to coordinate complex projects.
