Senior Civil Site Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Civil Site Engineer to lead the execution of a landmark high‑rise development in Riyadh and Makkah. You will act as the main on‑site engineer for the developer, ensuring that civil and structural works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Directly manage and execute civil and structural works, including sub‑structure, super‑structure, concrete works, and waterproofing.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, and labor crews throughout all construction phases.
• Review structural drawings, shop drawings, and method statements before execution.
• Conduct formal site inspections at each stage (excavation, formwork, reinforcement, concrete pour, backfilling) and certify progress.
• Collaborate with quality, safety, and planning teams to align work with project schedules and standards.
• Monitor material and workmanship quality against project specifications and the Saudi Building Code.
• Prepare progress reports and support payment certification for subcontractors.
