Senior Commercial Manager – Fit Out

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial management of a major mixed‑use fit‑out programme in Saudi Arabia. The role will oversee the full commercial lifecycle from procurement through to final account, ensuring cost‑effective delivery of sports, entertainment and arts facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead commercial management of an assigned workstream, from tender preparation to final account settlement.
• Review and develop procurement strategies, tender documentation and package recommendations.
• Provide commercial oversight of contractor procurement activities and assess commercial risks.
• Identify value‑engineering opportunities and address scope gaps.
• Manage contract administration, variations, change control and commercial reporting.
• Support stakeholder engagement with clients, consultants and contractors.
• Ensure robust cost management, forecasting and final account settlement.
• Mentor and support other commercial managers within the team.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or a related discipline.
• Professional membership such as MRICS/RICS (or equivalent) and progression towards fellowship.
• Extensive experience in fit‑out and interior finishes, delivering hospitality, premium residential, entertainment, sports venues or large‑scale commercial fit‑out packages.
• Proven track record managing commercial aspects from procurement to project close‑out.
