Senior Commercial Manager

About the role

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial strategy across its diverse project portfolio. The role will ensure financial, contractual and procurement processes are effectively managed to drive profitability and mitigate risk.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting.
• Oversee procurement activities, negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and conduct risk assessments.
• Provide commercial guidance and leadership to project teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor, analyse and report on project performance and financial metrics.
• Lead contract negotiations and resolve disputes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 18 years of commercial management experience, preferably in construction or engineering.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial negotiation.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
