Senior Consultant 2 – Forensics (Nationals Only)

About the role

EY Forensic & Integrity Services is seeking a Senior Consultant 2 to join its MENA Forensics team in Riyadh. The role focuses on compliance and risk assessments, anti‑fraud unit design, and delivering high‑quality forensic projects for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee regulatory compliance, corporate governance, enterprise risk management and internal controls services for clients.
• Assist clients in establishing anti‑fraud units, designing governance frameworks, and developing related policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with client operational risk teams to develop key risk indicators and reporting mechanisms.
• Package project findings into clear, concise work products and act as a subject‑matter expert.
• Drive business‑process improvements while ensuring adherence to EY quality and risk‑management guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in financial‑crime compliance (AML/CFT, sanctions, anti‑bribery, corruption, fraud) within banking or a public accounting firm.
• Strong understanding of regulator expectations and international bodies such as FATF.
• Industry certifications such as CAMS or ICA diploma in AML.
• Preferably experience working in the MENA region and postgraduate qualifications in AML/CFT or risk management.
