Senior Consultant – Strategy & Financial Modeling

About the role

We are seeking a sharp, analytically rigorous Senior Consultant to join a fast‑moving, high‑impact environment. You will apply top‑tier consulting rigor to solve complex business problems and translate strategy into execution.

Key responsibilities

• Break down ambiguous business challenges into structured frameworks and lead hypothesis‑driven analysis.
• Develop data‑grounded, commercially viable recommendations and pressure‑test strategies.
• Manage senior stakeholder relationships, communicate findings clearly, and facilitate executive workshops.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of consulting engagements, overseeing workstreams, timelines, and deliverables.
• Build robust financial models (P&L, DCF, scenario and sensitivity analysis) and conduct market sizing, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessments.
• Conduct deep‑dive industry research, map competitive landscapes, and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights.
• Mentor junior consultants, contribute to knowledge development, and support business development efforts.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience with at least 3 years at a Big 10 consulting firm.
• Proven track record delivering high‑impact strategy engagements.
• Exceptional structured thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Advanced quantitative and financial analysis capabilities.
