Senior Contracts Administrator - Roads Infrastructure

About the role

Jasara Program Management Company, a joint venture between PIF, Jacobs and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to support its large‑scale roads infrastructure programmes in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on ensuring robust contract administration across complex, high‑impact projects, working closely with project and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and administer contracts for major infrastructure programmes.
• Coordinate contract documentation, approvals and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Support change orders, claims and commercial correspondence with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve contractual and commercial issues.
• Maintain and oversee large, complex contract portfolios.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, Law, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Professional membership with a recognised industry body (RICS, CIArb, CIPS, ICE or equivalent) is desirable.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in contract administration, commercial or contract management on major infrastructure or construction projects.
• Proven experience leading contract administration teams and supporting roads, highways or transportation projects.
• Familiarity with public‑sector or giga‑project governance environments is highly desirable.
