Senior Country Manager – Oilfield Services (KSA)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Country Manager to lead and scale our oilfield services operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role holds full profit‑and‑loss responsibility, drives strategic growth, and nurtures key relationships with Saudi Aramco and major EPC contractors.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the country strategy, overseeing operations, financial performance (P&L, CAPEX) and risk management.
• Maintain and expand high‑level client relationships, particularly with Saudi Aramco.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, contracts, and long‑term agreements.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, IKTVA, Saudization and other statutory requirements.
• Lead HSE performance and promote a safe working environment.

Required profile

• 15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas services, including at least 5 years in senior leadership roles within Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of managing P&L, CAPEX and delivering growth.
• Strong network and exposure to Saudi Aramco and major EPCs.
• Degree in Engineering or Business; MBA preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
