Senior Cyber Security Consultant / Security Architect

About the role

The Senior Cyber Security Consultant / Security Architect will lead the design, implementation and management of enterprise‑grade security solutions for client organisations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will align technical controls with business objectives and regulatory requirements, protecting critical assets against evolving threats.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic cybersecurity advisory, including threat landscape analysis and best‑practice recommendations.
• Design and review secure enterprise architecture blueprints and enforce security policies across IT environments.
• Develop and manage Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) frameworks, conduct formal risk assessments and ensure regulatory adherence.
• Lead vulnerability management programmes and collaborate with IT teams to remediate findings.
• Create, test and maintain incident response plans and lead end‑to‑end cybersecurity projects, managing timelines, budgets and cross‑functional teams.
• Deliver high‑impact security awareness training and stay current with emerging technologies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven experience in senior security consulting or security architecture roles.
• Strong understanding of GRC processes, risk assessment methodologies and incident response.
• Ability to communicate complex security concepts to business stakeholders.
