Senior Design Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Design Architect to lead the architectural design process from concept through construction documentation for large-scale projects. The role involves ensuring design quality, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior architects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept through construction documentation.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, IFC packages, materials, and mock-ups for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support tenant fit-outs, leasing layouts, and conduct site inspections.
• Prepare design presentations, technical reports, and project documentation.
• Drive design excellence, value engineering, and continuous improvement while mentoring junior architects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Licensed Architect with an active Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership.
• 10+ years of experience in large-scale retail, commercial, mixed-use, hospitality, or residential developments.
• Strong expertise in design development, construction documentation, multidisciplinary coordination, and building standards.
