Senior DevOps Engineer – Cloud Automation & CI/CD

About the role

Adree is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to drive product development and platform automation. You will design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure that enables fast, automated software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Gather platform requirements from clients and stakeholders and translate them into automation solutions.
• Design and present CI/CD capabilities, including agent‑pool management, environment provisioning, and enterprise pipeline architecture.
• Create reusable Azure DevOps Server pipeline templates and secure shared libraries for product and engineering teams.
• Enforce complex branching strategies, optimise build‑runner performance, and maintain Linux‑based runner systems.
• Collaborate with Security and QA to manage third‑party libraries, integrate Fortify SCA, and embed automated testing frameworks.
• Lead workshops on GitOps delivery and workload promotion using Argo CD on OpenShift/Kubernetes.
• Participate in Agile releases, adding monitoring hooks (AppDynamics, BMC, Azure Monitoring) and shaping production deployment patterns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field.
• 6‑10+ years of professional experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering, preferably in regulated or large‑scale enterprise environments.

• CI/CD pipeline engineering and secure pipeline patterns.
• Azure DevOps Server, agent‑pool configuration, and advanced branching strategies.
• Containerisation and orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift.
• Infrastructure‑as‑Code: Terraform.
• Configuration management: Ansible.
• Linux administration and scripting.
• Artifact management: JFrog Artifactory.
• Security tooling: Fortify SCA, HashiCorp Vault, Sigstore, SecurEnvoy, MFA verification.
