Senior Director - Commercial

About the role

The Senior Director - Commercial will shape and execute commercial strategies for Qiddiya Investment Company's flagship entertainment and leisure projects. This senior leader will drive value creation, risk mitigation, and contract excellence across large‑scale initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with corporate objectives for major projects.
• Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders to secure favorable terms.
• Oversee end‑to‑end contract management, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyse market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners to enhance project outcomes.
• Mentor and develop the commercial team, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in commercial management or contract negotiation within construction or real‑estate sectors.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale projects and contracts successfully.
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Leadership experience focused on team development and performance enhancement.
