Senior Director, Information Technology

About the role

The Senior Director, Information Technology leads the development and execution of SOPC's enterprise technology strategy. This role ensures that digital solutions, IT operations, and compliance frameworks enable reliable services, secure information management, and organizational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the IT strategy aligned with business priorities and digital transformation goals.
• Oversee design, delivery, and continuous improvement of applications, infrastructure, and IT service management.
• Manage IT operations including service desk, networks, hosting environments, data centers, and capacity planning.
• Establish ITSM processes for incident, change, and problem management and monitor SLA performance of outsourced providers.
• Drive technology adoption, evaluate emerging technologies, and lead annual IT road‑mapping and investment prioritization.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in information technology within large or complex organizations.
• Strong understanding of enterprise digital solutions, infrastructure management, and service reliability.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, outsourced services, and cross‑functional coordination.
