Senior Discipline Engineer – Architecture, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural

About the role

JASARA is seeking a Senior Discipline Engineer to provide senior‑level supervision and technical support across multiple engineering disciplines. The role ensures that contractor works are executed in full compliance with approved designs, specifications, standards and overall project requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor contractor activities within the assigned discipline.
• Review drawings, shop drawings, method statements, material submittals and RFIs.
• Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with approved requirements.
• Identify technical issues, discrepancies and non‑conformances and recommend corrective actions.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to resolve interfaces and technical issues.
• Monitor progress and quality of discipline‑related works.
• Support testing, commissioning, inspection and hand‑over activities.
• Prepare technical reports and provide updates to the Lead Engineer.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in the relevant engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction supervision or discipline engineering.
• Proven ability to work on large‑scale projects in Saudi Arabia or similar environments.
