About the role
Penspen is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with extensive onshore and offshore experience to join its Core Engineering or PMT project team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading electrical engineering activities, supervising junior staff, and ensuring compliance with project standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical engineering tasks for major oil, gas, and petrochemical projects.
- Supervise and delegate work to junior electrical engineers and support personnel.
- Coordinate with Lead Electrical Engineer and other disciplines to deliver project deliverables.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience, including at least 6 years in engineering for large oil & gas/petrochemical projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Right to work in Saudi Arabia.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and related procedures.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
- Experience with construction and commissioning phases (beneficial).
