Senior Engineer – Project Management

About the role

The Senior Engineer – Project Management will plan, coordinate and monitor assigned projects from initiation through completion. This role ensures that project requirements, schedules, resources, risks and deliverables are managed effectively in line with approved objectives and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering scope, objectives, schedules, milestones, resources and deliverables.
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across internal departments, business units and external service providers.
• Monitor execution against approved schedules and facilitate project meetings.
• Identify risks, delays and resource constraints, and implement mitigation actions.
• Coordinate testing, validation, implementation and hand‑over activities.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, risk registers and status reports.
• Review project outcomes, capture lessons learned and support process improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in planning, executing and monitoring projects.
• Strong ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Capability to identify and manage risks, dependencies and resource constraints.
• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate project documentation.
