Senior Engineer – Tendering

About the role

Alfanar is seeking a Senior Engineer to lead its tendering activities within its Riyadh manufacturing hub. The role involves managing a team, ensuring efficient execution of tender processes, and delivering high‑quality results on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and delegate tasks to sub‑ordinates, ensuring fair workload distribution and high morale.
• Plan and execute tendering activities to meet operational and development targets within cost and time constraints.
• Prepare and present periodic reports highlighting deviations and progress.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating complex problems as needed.
• Maintain and improve quality control processes, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate written systems, policies and procedures, seeking automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Strong adaptability, communication, initiative and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and solid report‑writing skills.
