Senior Finance Specialist

About the role

Red Sea Sports & Entertainment is seeking a Senior Finance Specialist to support its finance operations across land and marine experiences. The role will ensure accurate accounting records, process financial transactions, and assist in reporting while aligning with company policies and IFRS standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process and monitor daily financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Assist in month‑end closing, reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, central finance, and tax teams on finance‑related matters.
• Maintain proper supporting documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial information.
• Contribute to finance process improvement initiatives and automation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of finance or accounting experience, preferably with reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Professional qualification such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and intercompany accounting is an advantage.
