Senior Finance Transformation Consultant – Data & Analytics

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Data & Analytics practice, helping leading organisations across the Middle East modernise their CFO functions. You will work at the intersection of finance, strategy and technology, driving AI‑enabled finance transformation programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Design finance strategy and Target Operating Model (TOM) for CFO organisations, covering governance, processes and technology.
• Lead AI‑driven finance initiatives, defining and implementing machine‑learning, intelligent‑automation and advanced‑analytics use cases.
• Transform finance performance management, including planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Optimise accounting and close processes through automation and digital tools while supporting IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Design and implement modern treasury operating models and systems.
• Lead cross‑functional workstreams across finance, business and technology.
• Support post‑merger integration activities, aligning finance operating models across merged entities.
• Contribute to business development, client proposals and senior stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Several years of consulting or industry experience in finance transformation, CFO advisory or data & analytics.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams in complex transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of finance processes, management accounting and performance‑management frameworks.
• Knowledge of AI in finance, automation and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Experience in agile delivery environments; familiarity with SAFe is a plus.
• Exposure to enterprise finance systems such as SAP S/4HANA or Oracle (desirable).
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or IT.
• Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken).
