Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

About the role

The Senior FP&A Analyst provides advanced financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision‑making and drive performance across the organization. You will work closely with business teams to ensure accurate data, support budgeting, forecasting and reporting, and evaluate investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts and management reports for planning and performance monitoring.
• Analyze financial results, monitor key metrics, highlight trends and variances.
• Support investment and divestment evaluations with detailed financial modeling and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with business units to gather data, validate assumptions and ensure accurate reporting.
• Monitor affiliate performance and provide insights to optimize results.
• Develop and implement tools or processes to automate routine financial analysis and reporting tasks.
• Identify cost‑efficiency opportunities and recommend process improvements.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (required).
• Master’s degree or professional certification (ACCA, CFA, CPA, CMA) highly desirable.
• 8‑10 years of relevant FP&A or finance experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• High level of integrity and discretion with sensitive financial information.

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Proficiency with Oracle.
• Proficiency with IFS.
• Proficiency with Power BI.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel.
