Senior Financial Planning & Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning & Operations professional to join AZM’s Product Department in Riyadh. The role will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and oversee day‑to‑day administrative functions while providing strategic insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse periodic financial and management reports, develop annual budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
• Build and maintain financial models for projects, products and business initiatives; conduct feasibility studies and monitor performance.
• Lead administrative operations, develop policies, oversee contracts, procurement and vendor relationships, and ensure efficient use of resources.
• Prepare executive presentations, dashboards and management reports to support senior management decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, planning or administrative management, preferably in consulting, technology or project‑based environments.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, budgeting and feasibility studies.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools.
