Senior Healthcare Data Analyst (Medicaid)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst specialized in Medicaid to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on analyzing large Medicaid datasets to uncover patterns, vulnerabilities, and potential fraud, waste, and abuse. You will translate complex data into actionable insights that support program oversight and public‑sector health outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced analysis, interpretation, and reporting of Medicaid data, creating methodologies that support program oversight.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, anomalies, and high‑risk areas within the Medicaid program.
• Conduct research that combines Medicaid policy knowledge with detailed claims analysis to investigate fraud, waste, and abuse.
• Develop analytical rules and solutions that turn complex healthcare data into actionable insights.
• Build compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Present analytical conclusions and recommendations through written, verbal, and visual communication.
• Collaborate proactively with leadership and multidisciplinary teams to solve complex analytical challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience conducting advanced analysis of Medicaid data.
• Strong hands‑on experience with T‑MSIS data and large, complex datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and think critically on complex problems.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Python for data analysis.
• Ability to create visualizations and dashboards using Tableau.
• Familiarity with Databricks and Snowflake platforms.
• Advanced analytical methodology and data‑driven problem solving.
