Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our Riyadh team. The role focuses on managing enterprise‑wide infrastructure, Microsoft Active Directory, virtualization, and cloud services while ensuring performance, security, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain Microsoft Active Directory, including domain controllers, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, OU structures, and replication.
• Administer Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022), file and print services, and Hyper‑V or VMware platforms.
• Manage Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune, and hybrid cloud integrations.
• Monitor infrastructure health, perform patch management, backups, and security hardening.
• Support network and security teams during incidents and lead disaster‑recovery planning.
• Participate in migration projects, create technical documentation, SOPs, and infrastructure diagrams.
• Provide L2/L3 support and mentor junior engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in infrastructure administration and Active Directory.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.
