Senior Land Surveyor

About the role

The Senior Land Surveyor will lead all survey activities for design and construction supervision on large‑scale infrastructure projects in Riyadh. The role ensures accurate setting‑out verification, topographic and as‑built surveys using advanced 3D survey software, and coordination with engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead land survey activities supporting design and construction supervision.
• Verify contractor setting‑out, levels, and as‑built surveys using 3D software.
• Prepare and maintain topographic, control, and as‑built survey records.
• Coordinate survey data with design and engineering teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with client and project technical standards.
• Survey utility corridors (wet and dry) and heritage‑site requirements.
• Direct survey control across multiple infrastructure packages on complex, multi‑contractor sites.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Land Surveying with knowledge of 3D software.
• Minimum 20 years overall relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a similar senior role.
• At least 5 years regional experience in the Middle East.
• Fluent spoken, read and written English.
