Senior Legal Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Legal Advisor to lead the drafting, review and negotiation of contracts and other legal documents, provide sound legal opinions to management, and ensure that the company operates in full compliance with Saudi laws and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Provide legal opinions and advice to management and internal departments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Handle legal disputes and claims, coordinating with external law firms when required.
• Support governance and compliance initiatives in line with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and advise management on potential impacts.
• Contribute to risk management and policy development from a legal perspective.

Required profile

• Law degree (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Legal Advisor or in a corporate legal department.
• Strong understanding of Saudi corporate, commercial and labour laws.
• Experience dealing with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
