Senior Manager - Asset Management Advisory

About the role

AtkinsRéalis is expanding its Middle East Asset Management practice and seeks a Senior Manager to lead large‑scale advisory engagements. You will shape long‑term asset strategies for infrastructure clients, drive business growth, and provide technical authority across the asset lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic Asset Management and Asset Investment Advisory projects for major infrastructure programmes.
• Advise executive stakeholders on long‑term asset strategies, investment decisions and ISO 55001 best practices.
• Develop regional asset management solutions aligned with client objectives and digital transformation goals.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, lead proposal development and client pursuit activities.
• Provide specialist expertise in strategic asset management, performance management, data & digital solutions, reliability engineering, condition assessment and EAMS/CMMS implementation.
• Mentor and develop junior asset managers, build high‑performing multidisciplinary teams across the region.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Infrastructure Management, Asset Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in asset‑intensive industries or infrastructure advisory.
• Proven track record leading major asset management programmes and delivering business growth.
• Strong communication skills with senior‑level clients and internal stakeholders.
