Senior Manager – Cybersecurity Risk Management

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a visionary Senior Manager to lead its Cybersecurity Risk Management function. You will shape the organization’s security posture, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect critical assets in a fast‑changing digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity risk management framework aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct risk and vulnerability assessments to identify threats and exposures across information systems.
• Maintain a cybersecurity risk register, track mitigation actions, and report status to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, and compliance teams to integrate security measures into enterprise risk strategies.
• Develop and deliver training and awareness programs for all employees.
• Prepare detailed risk and compliance reports for executives and stakeholders.
• Stay current on emerging threats and advise on strategic adjustments.
• Mentor and develop the cybersecurity risk management team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Risk Management or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity risk management, including leadership roles.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CRMP or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Proactive, strategic mindset capable of handling complex security challenges.

Required skills

• Knowledge of NIST, ISO 27001 and COBIT frameworks.
• Expertise in risk assessment methodologies.
• Experience with vulnerability assessment and risk mitigation strategies.
