Senior Manager - Internal Audit (Capital Projects)

About the role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Senior Manager to lead internal audit engagements for its Capital Projects portfolio. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting audits while ensuring compliance with the Group’s internal audit methodology and professional standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audit engagements in line with the approved audit plan.
• Develop Audit Planning Memorandums, risk assessments, audit programs, and resource plans.
• Direct audit teams during fieldwork, review testing results, and ensure high‑quality documentation.
• Present audit findings to senior management and facilitate discussions on observations, root causes, and recommendations.
• Perform quality reviews of audit working papers and ensure adherence to Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS).
• Maintain strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders across the Group.
• Oversee follow‑up of Management Action Plans and escalate significant risks when necessary.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading internal audit engagements in a large, complex organization.
• Proven ability to manage audit portfolios and coordinate multidisciplinary audit teams.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to senior leadership.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Global Internal Audit Standards (GIAS) and internal audit methodology.
• Expertise in risk assessment, audit program development, and audit documentation.
