Senior Manager – Operational Readiness

About the role

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a Senior Manager to lead Operational Readiness for its entertainment and cultural projects. The role ensures that facilities launch smoothly and operate efficiently, focusing on strategic planning, risk mitigation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve operational readiness plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with project teams, operations, engineering and stakeholders to embed readiness considerations throughout project phases.
• Lead readiness assessments, identify risks and gaps, and create mitigation strategies for successful launches and sustained operations.
• Oversee training and development programs to prepare staff and operational teams to meet performance standards.
• Establish and monitor KPIs related to operational readiness, reporting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying best practices and industry standards.
• Champion a guest‑focused approach to enhance overall visitor experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in operational management or readiness, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience preferably within entertainment, large‑scale infrastructure or similar sectors.
