Senior Manager – Sales (Telecom Systems Integration)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader to drive growth of Telecom System Integration services. The role will manage the full sales lifecycle, build strategic relationships with telecom operators, and translate complex solutions into clear business value.

Key responsibilities

• Generate revenue for network integration, deployment, managed services and transformation programs.
• Own end‑to‑end sales process: lead identification, qualification, solutioning, proposal, negotiation and closure.
• Develop and execute account strategies for key telecom operators and identify cross‑sell/up‑sell opportunities.
• Maintain CXO‑level relationships with operators, MVNOs and strategic partners.
• Lead commercial modelling, pricing, margin analysis and business case development.
• Support RFP/tender responses with commercial inputs and risk assessments.
• Mentor and manage regional sales teams, set targets and KPIs, and coordinate with pre‑sales, delivery, finance and legal teams.
• Monitor market trends in 4G/5G, cloud and managed services and contribute to regional go‑to‑market plans.

Required profile

• Proven track record in selling complex telecom system integration solutions.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, margin management and deal structuring.
• Extensive network of contacts within telecom operators across the region.
• Ability to engage senior executives and influence strategic decisions.
• Leadership experience managing multi‑country sales teams.
