Senior Manager, Technology Risk

About the role

As a Senior Manager in Technology Risk at EY, you will lead client engagements across the MENA region, building strong relationships with external clients and internal teams. You will drive high‑impact risk assurance projects, ensuring quality delivery while managing project economics and timelines. The role involves up to 30‑40% travel and requires translating technical risk concepts into business language for senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate diverse client engagement teams to deliver high‑quality risk assurance services.
• Manage engagement economics, fees, and estimates, reporting to EY executive management.
• Deliver project work products on schedule and within budget while maintaining high standards.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed of outcomes.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients and internal EY stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and marketing materials.

Required profile

• Broad background across IT functions such as cyber security, IT transformation programs, IT audit and compliance.
• Experience in digital technologies and their application in mobile environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical content to senior management.
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities to develop junior team members.
