Senior Manual QA Tester – Web & Mobile

About the role

Crealogix is seeking a Senior Manual QA Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of its SaaS and cloud‑based financial software. You will work on both desktop and mobile applications, collaborating closely with development and QA teams to deliver defect‑free releases.

Key responsibilities

• Execute detailed manual test cases on web and mobile platforms, covering functional and non‑functional requirements.
• Report, track, and help resolve defects using Jira and other tracking tools.
• Design comprehensive test cases together with QA analysts, including edge cases and failure scenarios.
• Contribute to test planning, creating and refining test strategies for upcoming releases.
• Maintain high QA standards throughout the software development lifecycle and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on manual testing experience, primarily on web and mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of software development and QA lifecycles.
• Excellent written and spoken English (minimum B2 level) for clear documentation.
• Proactive problem‑solver able to handle ad‑hoc requests and multiple deadlines.
• Team‑player who works flexibly and collaboratively.
