Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

Rasēd is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to own and grow its digital presence in the B2B fintech and compliance market. You will translate the company’s AI‑driven fraud detection expertise into compelling content and campaigns that resonate with decision‑makers at Saudi banks and financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Rasēd’s B2B digital channels, including website copy, SEO, LinkedIn thought‑leadership posts, and email/outbound campaigns.
• Plan, execute, and optimise multi‑channel marketing campaigns targeting compliance, risk and fraud leaders.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance and core digital marketing KPIs.
• Support brand positioning and messaging in a regulated fintech environment.
• Coordinate Rasēd’s participation in industry events such as LEAP, working closely with sales and presales teams.
• Produce bilingual (Arabic & English) marketing collateral and ensure alignment with the sales pipeline.

Required profile

• 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in fintech, SaaS or other regulated sectors.
• Proven track record of running integrated digital, brand and event campaigns.
• Strong writing ability in both English and Arabic, with the capacity to simplify technical compliance topics.
• Self‑starter comfortable building marketing processes in a fast‑moving startup.
