Senior Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Senior Marketing Specialist will drive Barn's physical market presence across Saudi Arabia. You will own the end‑to‑end execution of national events, high‑profile sponsorships and localized retail activations, ensuring the brand remains the leading coffee brand in the Kingdom.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute major sponsorships and events, handling site selection, booth design, permits and on‑site management.
• Translate brand‑level strategies into actionable field campaigns and seasonal launches.
• Source, negotiate and manage third‑party agencies, production houses and logistics providers.
• Recruit, train and lead brand ambassadors and promoters to deliver consistent brand messaging.
• Collaborate with Operations to maximise in‑store visibility, overseeing POS installations and retail branding.
• Define, track and report KPIs for each activation, delivering post‑implementation reports to leadership.
• Manage activation budgets to ensure cost‑effective execution without compromising quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in field marketing, events or trade marketing, preferably in F&B or FMCG.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale events or high‑stakes sponsorships in Saudi Arabia.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
