Senior Mobile Developer – Ionic/Angular (iOS & Android)

About the role

Tools & Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Mobile Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of its Ionic/Angular hybrid application for iOS and Android. You will work closely with backend teams to integrate .NET Core APIs and ensure a seamless, secure user experience for corporate clients across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and build the SPL Ionic/Angular mobile app using Capacitor for both iOS and Android.
• Define and agree API contracts with the ASP.NET Core backend before development.
• Create custom Capacitor plugins for GPS, camera, biometric authentication, and deep linking.
• Integrate Saudi payment methods such as Mada, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Implement push notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service.
• Develop full Arabic RTL layout and bilingual support.
• Manage App Store and Google Play submissions, versioning, and compliance reviews.
• Set up CI/CD pipelines with Fastlane and Azure DevOps or App Center.
• Apply mobile security best practices, including OWASP Mobile Top 10, certificate pinning, and secure storage.
• Write unit and integration tests to maintain high test coverage.

Required profile

• 5+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 3 years using Ionic (v5‑v7) and Angular in production.
• Proven track record of publishing hybrid apps on both App Store and Google Play.
• Strong ownership mindset for app releases and store compliance.
