Senior Network Engineer – Jeddah

About the role

SARx Exchange Company is seeking an experienced Network Engineer to design, implement and maintain its enterprise network infrastructure. Based in Jeddah, the role includes regular on‑site support visits to the company’s branch in Makkah, ensuring reliable connectivity across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy network solutions that meet business requirements.
• Configure, manage and troubleshoot switches, routers and servers.
• Monitor network performance, identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Document configurations, procedures and technical recommendations.
• Provide 24/7 technical support to users and internal departments.
• Conduct field visits to Makkah for on‑site maintenance and emergency response.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in network administration and design.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and network protocols.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations.
• Willingness to travel for field visits.
