Senior Network Infrastructure & Security Architect

About the role

A Senior Network Infrastructure & Security Architect is needed in Dammam/Dharan to design and govern complex enterprise networks and security controls, including wireless networks for real-time, low-latency clinical operations in a healthcare environment. The work pattern is in-person, with interviews available in person or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee enterprise networks (LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, data center connectivity) and ensure wireless designs fit real-time clinical needs.
• Develop network zoning, IP schema planning and segmentation strategies for multi-tiered systems.
• Implement and govern firewalls, VPNs, WAF, IDS/IPS, DLP tools and secure web/email gateways.
• Contribute to risk mitigation through vulnerability management and penetration testing feedback.
• Lead adoption of Zero Trust, SASE, IAM and next-generation security strategies.
• Deliver engineering design packages, network diagrams, traffic flow analysis and architecture documentation.
• Maintain network and security standards, baselines and protocols.
• Lead vendor evaluations, proof-of-concept planning and technical sessions with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and healthcare security frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network architecture and infrastructure design.
• Strong presentation, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills, able to lead design workshops and requirement briefings.
• English language; experience in healthcare or other regulated environments strongly preferred.
