Senior Officer, IT GRC

About the role

The Senior Officer, IT GRC will support the bank's IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance function by executing governance activities, monitoring compliance, assessing technology risks, and helping implement control frameworks. This role ensures alignment with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures across technology domains.
• Conduct technology risk assessments, track remediation plans, and support internal control testing.
• Monitor compliance with AML/CTF, KYC, cyber‑security regulations, and ensure adherence to SAMA guidelines.
• Prepare governance dashboards, reports, and management information for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support portfolio governance by tracking technology initiatives and performance indicators.
• Identify and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, including automation of risk monitoring and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Security, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in IT or IT governance roles.

Required skills

• Knowledge of IT governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with AML/CTF, KYC, and cyber‑security policies.
• Ability to develop policies, conduct risk assessments, and produce governance reports.
