Senior Operations & Maintenance Professional – City Ops

About the role

We are looking for a senior Operations & Maintenance professional to lead day‑to‑day O&M activities for city‑scale assets, facilities and utilities. The role ensures safe, efficient operation while supporting preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily operational activities to guarantee uninterrupted service delivery.
• Develop, implement and oversee preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans.
• Manage asset lifecycle from commissioning through replacement, maintaining accurate registers.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, conduct site inspections and support incident investigations.
• Track and analyse operational and maintenance KPIs, preparing regular performance reports.
• Coordinate maintenance shutdowns, inspections, testing and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external contractors to optimise operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations and maintenance within a large‑scale environment.
• Familiarity with asset management frameworks, preferably ISO 55001.
• Proven ability to manage maintenance schedules, work orders and performance monitoring.
• Strong understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance.
