Senior Operative – Store – Swarovski – Riyadh

About the role

The Senior Operative will support store and warehouse functions for the Swarovski brand in Riyadh, handling goods receipt, order preparation and dispatch while ensuring high standards of safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, check and put away incoming consignments.
• Pick, pack and label customer orders according to requirements.
• Load vehicles and verify dispatch documentation.
• Perform value‑added services such as scanning, cello wrapping, heat shrinking and labeling.
• Maintain accurate stock replenishment and assist with stock counts.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and cleanliness of warehouse items.
• Report any stock damage, equipment defects or incidents to supervisors.
• Follow ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 health, safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous experience in warehouse operations is advantageous but not mandatory; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and shipping/receiving processes.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
• Physical stamina to perform manual tasks.
