Senior Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead data‑driven digital growth initiatives. The role will own paid‑media strategy, optimise the customer journey and deliver measurable ROI across multiple channels for our Food & Beverage business.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute performance‑marketing strategies that align with business objectives.
• Plan, launch and continuously optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and other platforms.
• Build and refine the acquisition‑to‑retention funnel, monitoring CPA, conversion rate, ROAS and customer LTV.
• Manage advertising budgets, maximise Return on Ad Spend and ensure accurate tracking with GA4 and GTM.
• Analyse campaign data and customer behaviour to uncover growth opportunities and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with content and creative teams to ensure campaign assets meet performance goals.
• Prepare regular performance reports for stakeholders.
• Stay current with digital‑marketing trends, platform updates and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably within the Food & Beverage sector.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through paid‑media campaigns.
• Experience working in both B2C and B2B environments is a plus.
