Senior Planner – Maintenance Scheduling (Oil & Gas)

About the role

KBR is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to lead the development and execution of preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans for its Saudi Arabian assets. The role focuses on ensuring equipment reliability, optimal resource allocation and compliance with HSE standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans covering mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and general services.
• Coordinate resource planning, sourcing of materials, spare parts, tools and personnel to meet schedule commitments.
• Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues affecting plant and utility availability.
• Liaise with cross‑functional divisions to develop schedules, provide technical input and recommend improvements.
• Track progress against plans, conduct technical studies and suggest new planning practices.
• Generate statistical maintenance reports and maintain historical maintenance databases.
• Utilize SAP and other software tools to implement and monitor maintenance activities.
• Support contractor KPI development and ensure adherence to HSE and SHE procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of Oil & Gas maintenance experience (high‑school level) and 8 years with a diploma.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs and resource planning.
• Excellent communication, organization and proven leadership abilities.
