Senior Presales Engineer – Technical Sales Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Presales Engineer to drive technical sales activities for our AI‑powered solutions in Riyadh. The role involves engaging customers early, designing customized solutions and supporting the sales team through demos and proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery and translate requirements into tailored technical solutions.
• Design and present solution architectures, product demonstrations and technical presentations.
• Prepare RFP responses, technical proposals and solution documentation.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product and Delivery teams to ensure feasibility and smooth hand‑over to implementation.
• Lead, mentor and coach mid‑level and junior presales engineers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 3–7 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in a senior presales engineering role.
• Strong track record in RFP response, solution design and technical presentation.
• Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams.
• Saudi nationality.

Required skills

• AWS Solutions Architect certification or equivalent experience.
• Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification or equivalent experience.
• Salesforce Technical Architect knowledge or related coursework.
