Senior Procurement Manager

About the role

The Senior Procurement Manager will lead the strategic and day‑to‑day procurement activities for Agroshipping LLC’s projects in Riyadh. Reporting to the Procurement & Contracts Director, the role involves managing a dedicated project procurement team and coordinating closely with client representatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with project objectives.
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle from invitation to tender (ITT) through contract award.
• Lead pre‑qualification of suppliers, issue expressions of interest, and oversee technical evaluations.
• Create, agree on, and administer tender evaluation matrices and conduct post‑tender negotiations.
• Design and implement client‑standard templates, procedures, and policies in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Ensure consistent application of processes at the project level and provide guidance to PMC teams.
• Monitor post‑contract performance, collect stakeholder data, and manage contract variations.

Required profile

• Significant experience in procurement management, preferably within construction or large‑scale projects.
• Proven ability to lead and develop procurement teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior directors and client representatives.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation capabilities.
