Senior Producer

About the role

Leo Burnett Worldwide is seeking a Senior Producer to lead the execution of creative and production visions for high‑scale advertising projects. You will work hands‑on to ensure client expectations are not only met but exceeded.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the entire production process from quoting to final film delivery.
• Source and hire talent, crew, actors, equipment, locations and permits.
• Create and manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring profitability.
• Assess briefs, negotiate budgets and coordinate between clients, agencies, production and post‑production teams.
• Track resource costs, mitigate budget risks and oversee day‑to‑day production tasks.
• Enforce creative guidelines, maintain artistic integrity and collaborate with the Executive Producer and Creative Director.
• Lead internal and external resources, align roles and support other producers.

Required profile

• 7‑9 years of production experience with a proven track record.
• Deep understanding of regional culture to tailor productions.
• Calm under pressure, strong sense of humor, and excellent negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, reliable, well‑organized and capable of multitasking.
• Ability to guide, mentor and grow team members.
