Senior Product Manager Salesforce Platforms

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead and scale Salesforce‑based digital products on a rapidly growing food‑delivery technology platform. You will own the product vision, roadmap and delivery of Salesforce solutions that support operations, merchant management, customer experience and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product vision and roadmap for Salesforce platforms and tools.
• Lead the end‑to‑end product lifecycle from discovery, prioritisation, launch to optimisation.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, architects, business analysts and operations teams.
• Prioritise the backlog and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as planning, grooming and reviews.
• Ensure Salesforce solutions meet scalability, performance and business goals.
• Analyse KPIs, user feedback and operational data to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis within the food‑delivery and on‑demand ecosystem.
• Act as the primary product owner for Salesforce initiatives and enhancements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in technology‑driven environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud or custom solutions).
• Prior exposure to food‑delivery, marketplace, e‑commerce or on‑demand platforms.
• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of Agile product development and ability to work with technical teams without coding.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in startup or scale‑up environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
