Senior Project Manager – Design & Build

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a high‑profile Design & Build programme for a prestigious Saudi developer. The role is client‑side, acting as the main representative and ensuring safe, on‑time delivery of a complex construction package within an accelerated 12‑month schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a multi‑disciplinary Design & Build project on behalf of the client.
• Manage the full project lifecycle from design coordination through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Serve as the primary interface between the developer, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Oversee construction of utilities buildings, storage warehouse with office accommodation, fuel station, EV charging facilities, hard standings and external parking.
• Drive project governance, programme management, reporting, risk management and quality assurance.
• Manage complex technical interfaces, permitting, approvals and stakeholder coordination.

Required profile

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience delivering Design & Build projects.
• Proven track record managing complex building projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Previous experience delivering fast‑track projects with challenging programmes.
• Availability to start immediately or on very short notice.
