Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure (Civil Engineering)

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead civil engineering and transportation projects within our Infrastructure Division in Riyadh. The role focuses on delivering roads, highways, bridges, and tunnel projects in urban environments while supporting the on‑site team and ensuring client objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Director in overall project execution and delivery.
• Review design information, flag conflicts, and advise on design sufficiency.
• Coordinate with discipline managers and site team leaders to maintain effective communication.
• Develop and implement procedures for planning, supervising construction, and cost control.
• Review and approve technical documents submitted by contractors.
• Monitor progress, resource usage, and initiate corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure deliverables meet standards and stakeholder requirements at each project stage.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and apply change‑control processes.
• Report project status through highlight reports and end‑stage assessments.
• Contribute to technical issue resolution and continuous improvement of project management processes.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in civil engineering, construction engineering, engineering management, or a related field (preferred).
• Membership of a chartered engineering institution.
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.
• More than 20 years of experience in civil engineering and transportation infrastructure projects.
