Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead complex, multi‑disciplinary projects from inception through delivery, ensuring they align with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations. This role requires strong leadership, risk management, and the ability to drive projects on time, within scope and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project planning sessions to define scope, goals and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource requirements and budgets.
• Monitor and control progress, adjusting plans to meet schedule and cost targets.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing status updates and managing expectations.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Motivate and guide cross‑functional teams to achieve high performance.
• Oversee quality assurance to meet standards and stakeholder requirements.
• Conduct post‑project evaluations and capture lessons learned.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of progressive project management experience.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale projects with budgets over SAR 5 million.
• Certified in one or more project management frameworks (e.g., PMP, PMI‑ACP).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strategic problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
