Senior Project Manager – Lead Projects & Teams

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee small‑to‑medium sized projects from initiation through delivery. You will ensure projects align with Takamol/Affiliates standards, are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects, including resourcing, formal project controls, quality assurance, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate mobilisation activities and lead the creation of project initiation documents, scope, deliverables, and resource plans.
• Identify and mitigate risk areas, taking corrective actions or escalating as needed.
• Design, implement, and review formal project controls and quality assurance processes.
• Capture lessons learned from ongoing projects and translate insights into improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and sponsors, developing communication plans to ensure effective information sharing and engagement.
• Identify training and development needs for direct reports, focusing on best‑in‑class project management practices.
• Perform any other duties required by the direct manager.

Required profile

• University degree in Project Management, Business Studies, or a related field, or equivalent proven experience.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, preferably overseeing small‑to‑medium projects.
